I am unable to proceed to the payment page, what do I do?

You can try these troubleshooting methods mentioned below, in case you face this issue:

  • Try logging out and logging in again
  • Please clear cache and cookies
  • Try logging in from a different device
  • There might be possible traffic at the payment gateway, You can try completing the payment after sometime
