- Timeline: The refund is sent to your original payment method and typically appears in your account within 7-10 business days.
- Not seeing it? If it's been over 10 days, please contact your bank with the refund reference number (from your order email).
- Older Purchases (over 6 months): If your purchase was more than 6 months ago, please bring your Order ID and bank details to the store. Our team will verify it and help process the refund.
