How can I track my order?

To find your order's tracking info please click on Account on the Decathlon Online Shopping App or website and proceed to click on Orders & Returns and follow the given steps:


Step 1: Log into your account with your registered email ID or mobile number.
Step 2: Choose the Order and Returns option.
Step 3: Choose the correct order ID and you will have 3 options  
Track Package, Return Product, and Buy Again.
Step 4: Click on Track Package to know the status of your order. You will now be able to see all the online purchases made and the Status of the orders.

                                      
RESERVE AND COLLECT:
1. You will get a notification stating "READY TO COLLECT" on your mail and SMS within 2 hours.
2. You can visit the selected store post receiving the notification and you can visit the store and show the order ID to the store representative. In case of any queries on the order, you can get in touch with the store directly.

CLICK AND COLLECT: 

If you have opted for Click and Collect you will be notified once the product arrives at your selected store and you will receive a notification stating "READY TO COLLECT" on your mail and SMS.

Please Note; due to stock unavailability in the store the reserve and collect order gets converted into a 'Click and collect' order. However, this order directly comes packed from our warehouse to the respective store. It takes 6-7 days for the order to reach the store. You will get a notification stating "READY TO COLLECT" on your mail and SMS post which you can visit the store and collect your order.
