Any other customer care communication channel or contact numbers available on the Internet may be fraudulent.
3. Members of the public are hereby advised not to send/receive money to/from such Perpetrators, as Decathlon will have NO LIABILITY whatsoever for any and all losses/damages suffered by anyone as a result of reliance on such portals, websites, e-mail domains and communications which are not authorised by Decathlon.
4. Decathlon published a Public Notice in the Times of India on 19th August 2023 which states the following: Decathlon neither has nor offers any franchise opportunities in India. Kindly do not act on any messages/emails that are not from our official domain name.
