That's a great question! Our online and in-store systems work a bit differently. Purchases made in a store must be returned to a store.
The good news is you have 30 days and can go to any Decathlon store in India!
- Just bring the product to one of our teammates.
- After they verify it, they will issue you a credit note.
- Important: This credit note needs to be used within 24 hours on your next purchase.
