What do I do if my return has been delayed/cancelled?

We kindly request you to wait for 4-5 working days for the products to be picked. In case of delay, it can happen due to a number of reasons.

- If the number/address given during return pickup is incorrect/different.
- The returned item does not match the requested item.
- In case you are unreachable.


We request you to contact our customer support channels Chat/Calls/Emails with the order ID to make any changes to arrange the pickup.

**Please Note: Clearance and Discounted product purchases cannot be returned or replaced.
