What do I do if my return has been delayed/cancelled?

We're very sorry for the delay in your pickup! We aim to complete all pickups within 4-5 working days. A delay can sometimes happen for a few common reasons:

- The number or address provided was incorrect.
- The returned item didn't match the item on the return request.
- The courier partner was unable to reach you.
