How to return a damaged product or wrong product?

Please go to your 'Orders and Returns' section, select the item, and choose the reason (like 'damaged' or 'wrong item').

- If our courier partners cover your address: We will schedule a pickup for you and will notify you via SMS or call.
- If your pin-code isn't serviceable for pickup: We will ask you to kindly courier the item back to us. You will need to pay the courier charge upfront, but we will refund your charges (up to a maximum of INR 200).

Please Note: Clearance and discounted product purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or replaced.
