How to initiate a return request?

We'll make this as simple as possible! You have two easy options:

1. Start your return online:

- Head to the 'Orders and Returns' section on the Decathlon App or Website.

- Find the order you wish to return items from.

- Just select the item(s) you're sending back and let us know the reason.


2. Return your online order in-store:

- Simply visit your nearest Decathlon store!

- Bring the product and your order ID to one of our teammates.

- They'll verify it and start your refund, which should appear in your bank account within 10 working days.

 

Please note, for Click and Collect/Reserve and Collect orders (Pickup from Store Orders), pickup return cannot be arranged. Please visit your nearest Decathlon store to initiate the return process. Your refund will be initiated once the products in your order go through a quality check and validated.

A quick note: To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the product is unused, in its original and resalable condition. Our team will do a quick check. Also, please remember that clearance and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
