How can I initiate a return of a "RESERVE AND COLLECT" order?

Easy! You can return a "Reserve and Collect" (store pickup) order just like any other in-store return.

1. Head to your nearest Decathlon store with the products.
2. Show our team your order ID.
3. They'll check the items and start your refund. You should see the money back in your account within 5-6 days!

A quick note: We can't accept returns for perishables, hygiene products, or safety gear. And as always, clearance and discounted products are final sale. 

 

To ensure a smooth experience, please keep the following in mind:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original resalable condition.

  • Packaging: All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.

  • Proof: Returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
