(a) Once the review is submitted by the Customer/User, a moderation process is carried out by the internal team of Decathlon Sports India to ensure that the review complies with the rules/ guidelines governing the submission of a review. The said moderation process is supported by an automated analysis assistant and also a human intervention as and when it is found to be necessary.
(b) If the review submitted by the Customer/User fails to comply with the rules/guidelines governing the submission of a review, the Customer/ User will be informed by way of an Email that their review cannot be validated in its current form along with the reasons for the same. Subsequently, the Customer/ User can provide a new review in line with these terms & conditions.
(c) Once the review is validated and email confirmation is sent to the Customer/User who submitted it, the review will be published/posted within 3 working days on the product page of the official website and mobile application of Decathlon Sports India. In rare cases, the Customer/User acknowledges that it may take more than 3 days from the date of validation of review due to technical and/or other reasons.
(d) By submitting a review the Customer/User agrees to this review becoming public authorizing Decathlon Sports India & its group companies to use, store, publish, translate, create derivative work, exploit, distribute and display the content of the review, either in full or in the form of an extract, as part of any protection arrangements that they might enjoy under intellectual property rights, and to use the first name provided with the review for any purposes, including marketing and advertising purposes, on any media, including the internet, email (hard copy and/or online), posters, point-of-sale advertising, handouts, publicity, magazines, television, radio, and similar
media worldwide.
