How can I replace or exchange an item?

We've made it easy! Just log in to your account on the Decathlon app or website and go to your "Purchase History."
1. Find and select the product you want to exchange.
2. If the item is eligible, you'll see an "Exchange" option.
3. Click it and follow the steps to complete your request!

Just a friendly reminder: The delivery timeline for your new item starts *after* your original item has been picked up.

Please Note: Clearance and discounted products are final sales and cannot be returned or replaced.
