What should I do if my pickup is failed for replacement and exchange ?

Don't worry if a pickup attempt fails, we can easily reschedule it!

1. You can re-initiate the pickup right from your "Purchase History" on the app or website. We'll arrange a new attempt within the next 3 days.
2. If the pickup failed because of a quality issue (e.g., the item wasn't in a returnable condition), please send a quick email to our support team at care.india@decathlon.com. Just attach a few photos of the product and your order details, and we'll help sort it out.

Please note, your replacement order will only be dispatched after the pickup is successful.
