What should I do if my pickup is failed for replacement and exchange ?

If your pickup is failed due to any reason you can reinitiate the return pickup by going to your purchase history. The pickup will be arranged within the next 3 days. 
If pickup fails specifically due to quality issues you can reach out to our customer support at care.india@decathlon.com and share the images of the product to be returned along with the order details. 
Please note if your pickup fails the replacement/exchange orders will not be dispatched.
