What can I do if my replacement or exchange order is not delivered within the estimated delivery date?

We understand you're waiting for your new item! Here’s how our exchange process works: Your new order is dispatched only after the original item has been successfully picked up from you.

If you're past the estimated date, the best first step is to check the return status of your original item. Once that pickup is complete, we will dispatch your replacement within 24 hours. You'll be able to track this new order just like the first one! We'll always keep you updated via SMS/Email if there are any unexpected delays.
