1. If you cancel AFTER the original item has already been picked up: No problem! We will automatically process a full refund for the returned item. You'll see it initiated within 48 hours.
2. If you cancel BEFORE the item is picked up: The process simply stops. If you change your mind, you can always go back to your Purchase History and start a new exchange request.
